The following delivery times generally apply to delivery by the selected carrier. These delivery times are not binding for us, and are no deadlines:
Deutsche Post AG or DHL (Standard ground rate) default delivery times:
- National shipping (Germany), standard ground rate: 2 – 3 working days
- International shipping (Europe), standard ground rate: 5 – 10 working days
- International shipping (Rest of the world), standard ground rate: 10 – 20 working days
UPS (Standard ground rate) default delivery times:
- National shipping (Germany), standard ground rate: 2 – 3 working days
- International shipping (Europe), standard ground rate: 3 – 5 working days
- International shipping (Rest of the world), standard ground rate: 5 – 8 working days
DHL Express or UPS (Express shipping) default delivery times:
- National shipping (Germany): 1 – 2 working days
- International shipping (Europe): 2 – 3 working days
- International shipping (Rest of the world): 2 – 5 working days
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the destination country, weight and shipping method. The costs are displayed in the shop at the checkout.
All parcels are shipped with a tracking code provided by the forwarding agent. You can receive the tracking code from us at any time on request. We have no influence on the information in the tracking system.
We ship worldwide. There are trade policies in the form of embargoes against certain countries. We are also legally bound to carry out a sanctions list check. If we cannot deliver to your country, you will be informed in good time after your order has been placed.
